يَعْرِفُونَ نِعْمَتَ ٱللَّهِ ثُمَّ يُنكِرُونَهَا وَأَكْثَرُهُمُ ٱلْكَـٰفِرُونَ

Transliteration

YaAArifoona niAAmata Allahi thumma yunkiroonaha waaktharuhumu alkafiroona

English translation

They recognize the favor of Allah; then they deny it. And most of them are disbelievers

Then it will not be permitted to the... 16:85 وَإِذَا رَءَا ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ ٱلْعَذَابَ فَلَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُنظَرُونَ And when those who wronged see the punishment, it will not be lightened for them, nor will they be reprieved 16:86 وَإِذَا رَءَا ٱلَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا۟ شُرَكَآءَهُمْ قَالُوا۟ رَبَّنَا هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ شُرَكَآؤُنَا ٱلَّذِينَ كُنَّا نَدْعُوا۟ مِن دُونِكَ ۖ فَأَلْقَوْا۟ إِلَيْهِمُ ٱلْقَوْلَ إِنَّكُمْ لَكَـٰذِبُونَ And when those who associated others with Allah see their "partners," they will say," Our Lord, these are our... 16:87 وَأَلْقَوْا۟ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ يَوْمَئِذٍ ٱلسَّلَمَ ۖ وَضَلَّ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا۟ يَفْتَرُونَ And they will impart to Allah that Day [their] submission, and lost from them is what they used to invent
