قَالُوٓا۟ أَنُؤْمِنُ لَكَ وَٱتَّبَعَكَ ٱلْأَرْذَلُونَ

Transliteration

Qaloo anuminu laka waittabaAAaka alarthaloona

English translation

They said, "Should we believe you while you are followed by the lowest [class of people]

Translation: Saheeh International

26:112 قَالَ وَمَا عِلْمِى بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do 26:113 إِنْ حِسَابُهُمْ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّى ۖ لَوْ تَشْعُرُونَ Their account is only upon my Lord, if you [could] perceive 26:114 وَمَآ أَنَا۠ بِطَارِدِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ And I am not one to drive away the believers 26:115 إِنْ أَنَا۠ إِلَّا نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ I am only a clear warner
